Аннотация
Представлены результаты разработки и оценки двух методических приемов. “Опросник типов межличностного конфликта в группе” (ОТМКГ) предназначен для изучения деятельностно-ориентированного и личностно-ориентированного типов конфликта в малой группе и неформальных подгруппах. “Опросник типов межличностных противоречий в группе” (ОТМПГ) позволяет изучать семь типов межличностных противоречий как источников конфликта в малой группе и неформальных подгруппах: противоречия интересов, деятельностно-организационные, деятельностно-санкционирующие, когнитивные, личностно-поведенческие, ценностно-нормативные и этнические противоречия. На выборке 13 гражданских и 10 воинских первичных подразделений (146 работников и 145 военнослужащих) проведена оценка содержательной, очевидной и дискриминантной валидности, надежности-согласованности двух форм и двух частей опросников.
