Abstract
The analysis of the measures to form a common information space of Russia and Belarus for the period of 10 years is given. The actuality of the problem is revealed and the necessity to develop and to adopt a complex program is grounded. The key principles of the conception of the program of the information-ideological activity to form a common information space of the two brother countries are developed. The directions to use all information resources including their politico-economic possibilities and conditions are formulated.
