Abstract
The article examines the most important features of the poetics of the works of Yu.P. on the example of the stories "Candle" and "In a dream you cried bitterly ..." Kazakov: the figurative system, the main motives, the originality of the narrative and the subjective organization of the texts of his lyric prose.
