Abstract

Changes in group creative activity as a result of innovations and globalization are considered in the article. Increasing need for awareness of group activity, group emotional state management, need for metacognitive competence and creative environment design, open innovation and involvement of clients in co-creation, global crowdsourcing and continuity of creative processes are among these changes. Some new models of group creativity (creative synthesis model, model of learning from the future approach) are analyzed. Special attention is paid to psychological aspects of global social activism and crowdsourcing.
