Abstract

The authors of the report give an account on a new magical inscription (5–4 c. BC) found on the territory of the ancient necropolis of Panticapaeum in 2011. The article presents the text of a newly discovered defixio  and a commentary on the text. The monument is especially interesting for its new magic formular.
