Abstract
This article is devoted to research of problems of legal regulation of monitoring of the national payment system. The paper examines the concept of observation in the national payment system are restricted such types of control activities of the Bank of Russia, as the supervision and oversight of the national payment system, identifies the objects, examines the activities that make up the content of the monitoring of the national payment system, the peculiarities of monitoring, evaluating, and initiating changes to monitoring in the national payment system.
