Abstract
The paper deals with the 2016 election results. Election campaign influence on victory of Republican Party and its candidate is researched. From the point of view of the results potential prospects and limits of president-elect policy are isolating. For this object condition of the three factors is considered. (They are executive power forming process, inter-partisan and president - Congress relations, interest groups'' views). It''s forecasted, that professionals'', appointers'', system and non-system advisors'' participation in work of the government may provide effectiveness of executive branch only in case of presidential one-man management and participation of president''s proxies as intellectual centre and communication channel between the head of the state and other members of administration and government. Congress - president opposition is probable in case if D. Trump uses procedures, excluding the lawmakers. There is a potential, that Congress may be divided into proponents and opponents regardless of partisan membership in issues related to interaction with Russia and Near East problem solving. Among interest groups the next ones stand out: old industry branches, military enterprises, medical lobby as well as proponents and opponents of economic interaction with China. Their influence makes next directions be probable: strengthening of military-political partnership in Near East and NorthEast Asia, protectionism and free trade combination, multilateral trade-economic formats rejection.
