Abstract

the article is devoted to varieties of plurality and administrative preclusion that are particularly intensively began to appear in modern CRIMINAL CODE in 2016 g. Mean variety repeated, administrative preclusion, consistency, as well as the types of criminal convictions. All of these novels have a generation theory dangerous State, which, in essence, is useful in terms of prevention and punishment, but cannot be used as a basis of criminalization. Modern CRIMINAL CODE in a frame of novels devoted to varieties of plurality of behavioral acts gradually turns into a dangerous state code that is strictly prohibited from positions fundamentals criminalization, the reason of which is an Act, not a characteristic of an individual.
